Today we have something different, something that would wake up your taste bud at the sight of it.

It’s SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE. You see it’s something unique and what makes it unique is the sauce.

Spaghetti Bolognese is a meal that consists of spaghetti served with a sauce. Bolognese sauce is made with tomatoes, garlic, minced beef, wine, and other seasonings.

  • Spaghetti
  • Tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Minced beef

  • Tomato paste
  • Red chili pepper
  • Margarine
  • Red wine

  • In a pot of water add the spaghetti, add salt and allow to boil for 15 minutes or until it gets soft. Drain the water from the spaghetti.
  • Over medium heat place the pot and add the margarine. Allow it to melt, pour the spaghetti into the pot and mix properly.
  • Heat a saucepan, add the vegetable oil and once it gets hot add the beef mince, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook the mince until well browned.
  • Add the vegetable oil to the saucepan, once hot add a pinch of salt and the chopped onions for 4-5 minutes until the onions are translucent. After that then add the garlic, carrots, and mince into the pan.
  • Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and red chili pepper stir well to mix. After mixing add the red wine and cook for 45 minutes, make sure you keep stirring.

Your Bolognese sauce is ready. You see it’s not stressful to make.
