To look fit and feel fit you’ve got to be physically active, being physically active is good for our health and should be part of our daily routine. We get too busy that we forget about our physical well-being, we wake up in the morning get ready for work, enter our car to work, sit for hours working, enter our car back home, shower, eat, and straight to bed. This has been the lifestyle of most people. We understand that most of us have to leave early for work to beat the traffic but you can actually find an exercise routine that works for you at home or at the gym. You could jog on a spot for a few minutes, walk around the house, do push-ups, etc.
Proper exercise will give you the results you looking for and you’ll see the improvements as you keep being consistent.
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances and maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Exercising also helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, it helps to improve your mood and helps to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. Exercise helps to build muscle and healthy bones, it also helps to reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, etc.

Aerobic exercise: Aerobic exercise helps to improve how the body uses oxygen. The term “aerobic” means oxygen, which means that breathing controls the amount of oxygen that can make it to the muscles to help them burn fuel and move. Examples of aerobic exercise are; walking, cycling, swimming, running, jumping rope, etc.

It involves short, fast, and high-intensity activities that don’t make people use oxygen instead help break down glucose that’s in your muscles for a form of energy. It includes; weight lifting, fast skipping with ropes, Yoga, and other forms of strength training activities. This exercise helps in building muscle and increasing strength. Anaerobic exercise Isn’t easy so it’s important to find a trainer to help you develop an exercise routine and to exercise in the right way.
Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise are both important for your overall health as they challenge your body in different ways.
