  • Soya milk helps in maintaining and improving the nerve cells and DNA.
  • It improves the heart condition.

  • Soyabeans (1 or 2 cups)
  • Water ( any amount you want)
  • Honey or sugar
  • Ginger


  • Soak the soya beans seeds in water overnight so that it becomes soft and easy to take off the skin.
  • Peel off the skin from the seeds. Make sure you rinse appropriately so that the seeds would come out clean.
  • Add some water into a blender, pour the clean seeds and ginger, and blend.
  • Pour the blended soya beans into a sieve to remove the milk from the chaff.
  • Pour the milk into a pot and boil. When it starts boiling reduce the heat and stir continuously.
  • Add the sugar or honey. Stir a bit longer.
