INGREDIENTS
- Soyabeans (1 or 2 cups)
- Water ( any amount you want)
- Honey or sugar
- Ginger
STEPS INVOLVED
- Soak the soya beans seeds in water overnight so that it becomes soft and easy to take off the skin.
- Peel off the skin from the seeds. Make sure you rinse appropriately so that the seeds would come out clean.
- Add some water into a blender, pour the clean seeds and ginger, and blend.
- Pour the blended soya beans into a sieve to remove the milk from the chaff.
- Pour the milk into a pot and boil. When it starts boiling reduce the heat and stir continuously.
- Add the sugar or honey. Stir a bit longer.
