How to make healthy and tasty egg rolls in easy steps
Hey guys! It’s another weekend to try something new in the kitchen and today we have Egg rolls on the menu.
Although it is a common dish, you can agree that it is mostly prepared commercially; only a few people make egg rolls at home. Before we get into all the details, let talk about one of the most important ingredients used.
Let’s talk a little about Eggs
Eggs contain several vitamins and minerals that are essential parts of a healthful diet. In many parts of the world, eggs are readily available and affordable. It consists of a protective eggshell, albumen (egg white), and vitellus (egg yolk), contained within various thin membranes. The most commonly consumed eggs are chicken eggs. The egg yolks and whole eggs store significant amounts of protein and choline and are widely used in cookery.
Eggs are not just rich in protein, they also contain antioxidants, Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Which has a valuable contribution to our daily nutrient requirements. They are a good source of choline, which helps build membranes and is particularly important during pregnancy to support healthy brain development.
Eggs contain high-quality protein that helps to build and repair cells and tissues, eggs also help in vision and eye health care due to the presence of a chemical compound called carotenoids.
