Being delicious, its health benefits are amazing.
Banana can help lower blood pressure and protect heart health due to high potassium and low salt content, they are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and zinc also a source of vitamin C, A, B6, and Niacin with various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Vitamin B6 helps your body maintain a healthy nervous system, metabolize amino acids, and also helps to produce red blood cells.
